Matches not recording?

If you look at the COD singles ladder, some matches are showing up as complete, but the records of certain people aren't updating.

EX: ElementFX has 2 wins + 2 losses, but the losses aren't counted.

There are other examples, this is just the first I saw.

That's because my 2 losses were from the pre-season, it resets every season. Summer season I am 2-0, last season I was 0-2.

Ahhh gotcha. Didn't know there was a pre-season for CoD
